Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 4, 2020.

Aged 42 years.

Much loved husband of Anita.

Best friend and Dad of Jaiden.

Treasured son of Marian, David and his wife Vicki.

Loved Big Bro of Brenton and Paul, and brother-in-law of Elissa and Rach.

Adored uncle of Cooper, Owen, Grace, Liam and Heidi.

Loved grandson of Lien, Elizabeth and the late John.

You never failed to do your best
