Patricia leaves a gaping hole in the lives of her loving daughter Linda and son in-law Dom, and will be greatly missed by her wonderful carers. 

Her wit remained as sharp as a tack and her honesty a comfort in this modern world. Patricia was a true one of a kind, a real character. We will miss her words of wisdom, but more so, we will miss her love!
