HUME, Grace

HUME (nee Reed). - Grace. Passed away peacefully at Mornington Nursing Home on Feb. 28, 2009 aged 86 years. Loving mother of Val and Barry (dec.), Les, Shirley and Les, Kay and John, Cliff and Gail, Howard (dec.) and their families. Loved by many grandchildren, great- grandchildren and great-great- grandchildren. At Peace and in God's Care Thank you to all at Craigcare Mornington.
