HORNE. _ John William. 19.5.41 - 13.3.14 Passed away peacefully at home with family by his side. Loving son of Tol and Norman (both dec.), little brother to Norm (dec.). Loved and loving husband for 50 years of Joan, and Dad to Mark and Neil. Thank you for all the love, laughter, fun and happiness. We have shared good times, bad times, ups and downs and many happy miles on the road, and through it all our love brought us through. Until we meet again as I know we will, goodnight `Precious' from your `Treasure' Joan. You fought a long and hard battle that has now come to an end. We are so proud of you, you were our teacher and mentor. Heaven has gained another beautiful Angel. We know you will look down on us and smile, as we will talk of you with cherished memories in our hearts and minds. Smooth sailing mate - we will see you on the other side. Dad to Mark and Karyn, Grandad to Rebecca, Jacob and Kyle. Dad, you fought a long hard battle yet never complained and always had a smile for everyone, right till the end. In our eyes you won the fight. Thank you for always being there to talk, to advise and to laugh. You know we love you, we know we will miss you. Loving Dad to Neil, Dad-in-law to Trina, Grandad to Brooke and Emma. PS. I hope the food is good up there!!
