Jack passed away on Sunday evening surrounded by his family after a battle with cancer.


Loving husband of Catherine and married for 59 years. Generous Father to John (Jack), David, Melissa and Amanda and their partners Julie, Mardi, Jonty and Steve.


Cherished Pa to Dominic, Genevieve, Emily, Freddy, Harriet and Archie.


Son of Alma (dec) and Arch (dec) and loving sister of Dawn Everett.
