Born in Harrisville,

Les was brother to Dorothy (Bay) Gow and Ailsa Edwards.

He was formerly a resident of Holland Park and lately Birkdale.

Greatly loved by his family and friends, Les was devoted to his late wife Ann

and his children Deb Fitzpatrick, Liz Popov, Mark Hockings, Kate Meagher and

Barb Waters.

He was fondly known as “Gumpsy” to his grandchildren Meghan, Huw, Amy,

Tom, Ellie, Will, Clair, Max, Tom, Riley and Ned and most recently a proud great

grandfather to Pippa and Remy.

As per his wishes, Les was privately cremated.

Heartfelt thanks to his neighbours, the staff of Prins Willem Alexander Village

and Redlands Hospital for their care.
