Our beloved Tam passed away suddenly after a long and courageous battle to stay with us.

Tam, the hole you've left in our hearts will never be filled.

While we will miss your cheeky humour, gentle nature and fierce love for your family, the ache in our souls is eased knowing we will see you again.

Until then, our darling girl.
