Gently and peacefully, surrounded by love our darling Chris left us. Chris lived for his family and fought so hard to stay with his beloved wife Mary, his much loved and loving children Claire and Michael, their spouses Justin and Sarah and his adored grandchildren Niamh, Jack, Rufus and Finn. Son of Eileen and Roy Hemming and loved older brother of Andrew and Jon, their spouses Vicki and Shiela and their families.
We will be forever grateful to his doctors Richard Bourke, Scott Chamberlen, Palliative Care South, Community and District nurses, the many support workers and his amazing Parkinson Nurse Damian Baker.
