Passed away peacefully in the Whittle Ward, Hobart. Loved husband of Robin, loving father of Kate and Andrew and loved father-in-law of Cheralynne. Admiring and enthusiastic grandfather of all his grandchildren. Loved brother of Gail Bendall and Julie Hedger (dec) and loved brother-in-law of Margaret Bishop. Fond uncle of all his nieces and nephews.

At Denis’s request, a private funeral has been held.
