Jeff was the very proud partner and Dad of Vicki, Luke and step- daughters Tiffany and Shyanne. You are always in our hearts and will be loved and sadly missed forever. You are the only one for me honey. Lots of love and hundreds of kisses and hugs. - Vicki, Luke, Tiffany, Shyanne, Kevin and Mia. Rest in Peace
