Relatives and Friends of David are warmly invited to attend His Funeral to he held in the Lakeview Chapel, Albany Creek Crematorium, 400 Albany Creek Road, Bridgeman Downs on Monday 27th June, 2011 at 9 a.m. No flowers by request.
