HAMILTON, Teresa Monica Late of Clayfield, passed away peacefully, 26th March, 2018. Aged 88 years. Beloved Wife of John (dec'd). Dearly loved Mother of Jenny, Barbara, Terri, John, Hugh and David. Much loved Grandmother of their Children. Loving Sister of Carmel, Sister-in-law of Hugh and Jill and Aunt of her Nephews.
