Peacefully passed away in the presence of her las surviving child, John.

Devoted and much loved wife for over 60 years to Jack (dec.).

Pat was a dedicated, caring and doting mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and auntie.

A long life well lived.

Loved by all who knew her.
