Max died peacefully at Swansea May Shaw Hospital after a great attempt to stay with us all. Dearly loved husband of Helen. Loved and loving father of Jon (dec), Mark and Michele. Loved Pop of Lucas and Ashlee.

Many thanks to the doctors and staff for their dedicated care, also to his many friends who took the time to visit him.
