The president and members of the Rotary Club of Belmont mourn the passing of our past long term member Bill Hall. Bill was a Rotarian for 47 years and a member of the Rotary Club of Belmont for 23 years. Bill contributed greatly to our club and the community through his service. He will be greatly missed. Sincere condolences to Jenny and his family.
