HACK, Douglas. Late of Upper Kedron, passed away peacefully 27th February 2011. Beloved Husband of Pamela. Much loved Father of Michelle and Lisa. Adored Granddad of Mikaela, Jordan and Chelsea. Loved Great- granddad of Blake. Relatives and Friends are warmly invited to a Celebration of Doug's Life, to be held at the Lakeview Chapel, Albany Creek Crematorium, Albany Creek Road, Bridgeman Downs, on Tuesday 8th March 2011, at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to Prince Charles Hospital Palliative Care appreciated.
