Gulielmo (William) DISALVATORE

DISALVATORE, William

18th March 1964 - 9th September 2020 Adored husband of Olga. Much loved father of Gabriele, Jasmine and Nicole. Kind and caring dad to Nevaeh. Precious son of Fernando and Concetta (both deceased), and son-in-law of Panayioti and Paraskevi Tzanavaras. Loving brother of Anna and Angie. Thank you to all of our beautiful family and friends for their overwhelming love, kindness and support. Special thank you to Dr. Bruno Rositano for always being there. To the QEH, Palliative Team and RDNS we appreciate the wonderful care and attention provided. With a kiss, your light, your smile, your warm eyes melted my heart. William, you always had a way with words, always comforting no matter what life threw at us. I am truly grateful for the strength you gave me and the strength you showed. I will so miss your sense of humour, your playfulness – our home was always bright. Our daughters were everything to you, you would share your life lessons, crazy stories and taught them the importance of trust, respect, and loyalty. You never judged. You opened your heart and home to our little gift, you would say how blessed you were to be surrounded by so many women. Thank you for being you, for your love, laughter and affection. You lost your fight, I lost my love, my heart is broken. Forever in love. Olga. You’ll always be my first love, and I’ll always be your first pumpkin. I loved you from the moment I took my first breath, to the moment you took your last and forevermore. My heart is broken, but knowing you are watching over me gives me the ability to mend this broken heart and cherish the fun and amazing times we had. Until we meet again. I love you always, dubby. Gabriele. They say a little girl’s first love is her dad, but you don’t expect that they would also be your first heart break. In times like this, I needed you to tell me that “it’s going to be okay, pumpkin”, you’ve given me the strength that I need, to know that it will be okay – I know you will always be watching over me. I love you. Jasmine We are all here to leave an impression on our loved ones. Dad, you left yours here on earth, one of loyalty, respect and strength. May your values shine through me when I am in need. I know you will always be there every step of the way. I love you fool, your little mole. - Nicole To my funny and kind dad. I love you and miss you. Nevaeh William, you are and will always be a special and amazing man. Your loss is great and heartbreaking. You fought a brave fight, your courage and strength an inspiration to all those who know you. You were always there when I needed you most, and I thank you for allowing me to be there when you needed me most. Rest assured, big brother, your girls will not be alone but surrounded by family and friends; they are much loved and I will be there by their side at all times. Now with mum and dad, together you will watch over us. Thank you for being a wonderful brother, I love you forever. Anna To our son-in-law – we always said ‘you’re the best’. We love you Ma and Pa Not often in life you come across a brother-in-law and sister-in-law who are best friends. For the last 15 years at the bakery we worked side by side and I spent every day with you. You were a people magnet; everyone who came across you, loved you. Your infectious smile always donned your face and that quirky sense of humour, you have no idea how much you will be missed, you were one of a kind. Our hearts are broken. Love always. Angie, Annise, Tim, and Eviahna.
