Hazel passed away peacefully at the Townsville hospital on Monday the 29 of June 2020. Hazel will be sadly missed by her loving husband John (Jack), Daughters Jacqui and Kerry, Grandchildren Jenna, Alex, Melissa, Keely, Phoebe, Emily and Theo. Great Grandchildren Hayden, Jackson, Haliera, Rwayne, Elim, Tariq, Kaitlyn and Charlie. Please make a donation to the cancer fund. Forever in our hearts Your family .
