Mum, Nanny G, Nanna Great Joy passed away at her home at the age of 95 with her 5 children at her bedside.
Wife of Phil (dec), mother to Roslyn, Philip, David, Marsha and Lance; grandmother and great grandmother to many.
Joy loved us all and was dearly loved in return.
The family would like to acknowledge the exceptional work done by her carers (Independent Health Care), the Rapid Response Team (RHH) and her wonderful GP, Dr P Luckman, who helped her stay at home.
A private funeral will be held.
