GODFREY, Richard Henry (Dick). - R.A.A.F 1943 - 1946 Flight Sergeant. Peacefully at Principal Aged Care Warrnambool on November 7, 2012. Aged 89. Dearly loved husband of his "sweetheart" Joyce (dec). Together again. Much loved Dad of Judy Smith, Pam LeNoble, Phil, Sherry Brown. Mother-in-law of John, Jack, Julie and Bob. Treasured Pop of Craig, Tracey; Shayne and Lisa, Jason; Lee and Despina, Tiffany and Michael; Matt and Bec, Chris and Katrina. Great-Pop of Briana, Gemma, Alex, Chloe; Bec, Kate, Dylan, Billy; Violet, Caiden, Mason; Sarah, Tyler and Connor. If we can give him honour, while he's here to hear the praise, Then at least let's give him homage, at the ending of his days. Perhaps a simple notice in the paper that would say, Our country is in mourning 'cause a soldier passed away. Love you Dad, always have, always will. Grateful thanks to all who cared for Dad. As per Dick's wishes a Private Service will be held.
