Grandpa and Scanfa to Jakob, Zakary, Joshua and Breeanna, and father in law to Christine and Darren. MAY HE REST IN PEACE, IN OUR HEARTS FOREVER. Our family would like to thank Dr. Colin McDonald and the Community Palliative Care Nurses and Carers for their assistance during this difficult time.
