GIBBONS (nee Dufty). - Winsome Patricia (Pat) Passed away peacefully on Aug. 31, 2008 at Ringwood Private Hospital surrounded by her children. Truly beloved wife of Frank (dec.), loving mother of Donald, William and Patrick, mother-in-law and good friend of Josie, Mary and Tania and proud grandmother of Justine, Lucy, Nick, Naomi, Shea, Sophia and James. The spirit of compassion and adventure was always there. You will be sadly missed by many, but most of all by your family.
