Born in Messina, Sicily, Italy on August 5, 1940. Passed away September 23, 2021 at Home after a long illness in his loving wife's arms. Aged 81 years. Much loved husband to Anna. Loving father to Caterina and Melissa. Loved by son-in-law Enzo. Cherished nonno to Kosta, Massimo, Marcus and Anastasia. Born son of Giuseppe and Caterina (both dec). Beloved son-in-law of Pasquale and Luisa Matto (both dec). Dearly loved brother and brother-in-law of Maria and Mario Pagliaro (both dec), Rosa and Duilio Maio, Antonia and Orlando Testa (both dec), Domenic and Melina, Connie and Frank Matto, Assunta and Giuseppe Matto (dec). Brother and brother-in-law of Alessandro and Antonietta. Lovingly remembered by all his nieces, nephews, relatives in Australia and overseas. The family would like to sincerely thank all the Specialists, Nurses and the Palliative Care Unit at the QEH, Doctors and Home Care Staff for their dedicated care and support over the last 24 years.
