GAVIN. _ John (Jack) Thomas. Born 8.5.1918 Deceased 18.2.2014 Jack Gavin, originally of Harrietville and then of Moe, passed away peacefully aged 95 in gentle care at Epworth Hospital after residence at Faversham House Canterbury. Dearly loved and loving husband of Mary (nee Frawley) (dec. 2013) for 67 years. Loving father of Michael, John, Terry and Gary. Father-in-law to Dot, Maggie and Glennis. Much loved grandfather of Paul (and Rhoda), David (and Tara); Ryan (and Sinead), Chloe; and Joshua. Loving great grandfather to Asher, Jarvis; Belle and Michael. Son of John and Jean, brother to dearest Fran (all dec.). A Dad, Pa and Great Pa who was a true gentleman and a legend to all of us. With Mum in God's care
