Dearly loved husband of Cathy and Julie, father of Matthew, father in law of Sally-Ann, grandpa of Lachlan.


Phil will be greatly missed by all that knew him especially for his wonderful personality and always having fun attitude.


Special thanks to Prof Alkis Psaltis, Dr Brian Stein and all the others that cared for him over the last five years.


Thanks also to the Calvary Palliative Team and the Mary Potter Hospice for their wonderful care and service.


According to Phil’s wishes there will be no funeral service.
