GALLAGHER, Patricia (Trisha) Amy Annette. 29.4.1941 - 29.1.2019 Loved first child of Col and May Frizzell (both dec). Beloved wife and life companion of Brian for 56 years. Loving and caring mother of Stephen (dec) and Matthew (dec) and of daughter-in-law Kristine and loved and loving grandmother of our much beloved grandchildren Tyson, Freeman and Jen Aya, and Jazmine. Loved and loving sister of Claire and husband Gary and of Jo-Anne and husband Ray and their extended families. Loved and loving sister-in-law of Ralph and Nan, Mary Patricia and Paul, and Kerry and Sharon and their extended families. Special thanks to Father Peter Addicoat, Dr Graeme Jones, the doctors and staff of Royal Hobart Hospital and the Calvary/St John s Hospitals and the earthly angels of the Whittle Ward.
