Dad,
You arrived here as a fresh freckled face 17-year-old, alone with nothing but your dreams for a new life, you married the love of your life and started a family. I thank you for choosing Vince and I to be your children, you worked long and hard to provide for your young family, things you never had. You gave us guidance if we sought it, but mostly you were a quiet and reserved man. What you saw is what you got with you, happy just fixing things in your shed or making pasta with mum never asking for anything, even as you became older and not so well, you never complained. You taught me things without speaking a word! I miss our chats about life! It just won’t be the same without you! Dad, you are the epitome of a true gentleman, you are the most loyal, devoted and honest man I know, for this I have the utmost respect for you. You and Mum have shown me what true never-ending love is, with 63 years of a beautiful marriage. I will love you for the rest of my life. I am only consoled by the fact that you will be reunited with your beloved son Vince whom you have missed so very, very much. Look after the “nice old boy” Vince, hope you have the eight-ball table set up… just remember Vince, don’t let Pop play too close to the windows!!
Till we meet up again,
Love you forever,
your Daughter Angela
and Son-in-law Bartley
To our Loving Dad, Nonno,
Thank you for all your love and support you have given us over the years. We will cherish the memories of seeing you in your beloved shed making something new which brought you so much joy.
Rest in peace,
Love always,
Vince and Teresa Fusco
& Family xxxx
Dear Nonno,
We are honored to be your Granddaughters and grateful for all the time we spent with you. Thank you for looking after us every weekend as kids. Your kindness, knowledge and life experience has shaped us into the people we are today and we hope we can continue to make you proud. We will never forget how much you loved being in your shed, being "Mr Fix It", although in more recent years you became "Mr Break It". Or the afternoons we spent watching the Italian game show and you would explain to us the rules over and over again, with the tv so loud we could barely hear you. These are the memories that will always make us smile.
May you rest peacefully and know you are with us always.
We will continue to take care of Nonna, just like you did.
Love you,
From Georgia and Claudia
