To a beautiful mother who brought me here, I moulded my life the way you taught me to.

To a loving Nan, from babies to young adults you were always there to love and guide us. To listen to our stories and remind us of how proud you were.

To our special lady, your fight was short, but your spirit was strong, you tried to prepare us for when you were gone and now you live on forever in our hearts.
