The Board, staff and volunteers of Ten Lives (previously Hobart Cat Centre and the Tasmanian Animal Protection Society) are saddened by the passing of Mona Foster.

Mona has been an advocate of animal welfare and involved with Ten Lives from as far back as 1974 through her volunteering at the Hobart Cat Centre and at the Blackmans Bay Op Shop. She then joined the board and was President during the 1980s and 90s.

Mona’s significant contributions have ensured the ongoing success of the Ten Lives right up to the present.

Our sincere condolences to all her family and friends. Mona was a great friend of Ten Lives and will be sadly missed.
