FORREST, Michael Stephen Formerly of Ryde, moved to Brisbane. Passed away 29th November, 2012. Aged 55 Years He is going to be deeply missed by his mum Pat, sisters Maureen, Judi, Patricia, and brothers Gary and David. Also missed by Lloyed, Jessica, Tracy and many friends and most of all his children Isabel and Lachlan. Michael's Funeral Service will be held at the Garden Chapel, Albany Creek Memorial Gardens, 400 Albany Creek Road, Bridgeman Downs on Friday, 14th December, 2012 at 10.30am..
