FORMICA, John Late of Bringelly. Aged 82 years Passed away peacefully 29th August, 2013. Beloved husband of Rina. Loved father and father-in-law of Vince, Maria & John. Adored grandfather to Sarah, Paul & Sheridan, Matthew & Kate and Andrew. Sadly missed by all of his family and friends. Requiem Mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Catholic Church, Willowdene Avenue, Luddenham on Wednesday, 4th September, 2013 at 11am. Followed by committal at Rookwood Catholic Cemetery.
