FOOKES, Dennis Joseph Peacefully at hospital, Gosford August 18, 2011 Late of Halekulani and formerly of Naremburn. Much loved husband of Beryl. Loving father and father-in-law of Paul and Frances and Annette. Grandfather of his 4 grandchildren and great- grandfather of his 5 great- grandchildren. Aged 86 years The relatives and friends of DENNIS are warmly invited to attend his Funeral Service appointed to commence this coming Tuesday (August 23, 2011) at 11.30am in the Chapel of the Mackay Family Crematorium, 249 Pacific Highway West, Palmdale.
