FONTANA, Mario. Born in Santa Cristina, Quinto di Treviso, Italy on January 13, 1934. Passed away peacefully in the presence of family on August 6, 2017. Aged 83 years. Dearly loved husband of Ida. Deeply loved and loving father and father-in-law of Eugenia and John, Lorraine and Laurie, Roby and Carina. Adored nonno of Elizabeth, Sophie, Elyse and Georgina. Loved brother of Arturo and Rosa (deceased) De Ieso. Loving uncle of Don, Maria, Connie and Tony. Loving great-uncle of Claudia, Danny and Samantha (deceased). Loved and remembered by all his relatives and friends in Australia and Italy. The family sincerely wishes to thank Dr. Agrawal, Professor Horowitz and Dr. Dale Ashby for their dedicated care over many years. The family would also like to thank the wonderful staff at Estia Health, Toorak Gardens and Calvary Wakefield Hospital for their compassionate and loving care.
