Adored Father and Father-in-law to Graham and Lesley. Loved Granddad of Kate, Megan and Robert. Cherished GG of Amber, Talia and Brennan. Relatives and Friends are respectfully invited to attend a Celebration of Sam's Life, on Wednesday, 1st August, 2012, to be held at the Lakeview Chapel, Albany Creek Crematorium, 400 Albany Creek Road, Bridgeman Downs, commencing at 12 noon.
