FINN. - Shane Darrin. 02.07.1967 - 19.10.2008 Died peacefully at Cabrini Hospital after a short illness. Dearly loved son of Rod (dec.) and Cheryl. Adored brother of Andrea, best uncle of William. Loved nephew of Arthur and Mari, cousin of Sharon and Chris. There are not enough words to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of Ward 2 at Peter MacCallum Hospital - you are the best. We thank you for everything. With Jamie and Dad Shane,you were the most caring, honest, thoughtful and brave son. Your heart was just the biggest, always there for your family and friends. The past 41 years were a privilege to have you as a son. We were there for each other in the past few years. There will never be enough words to say how much I loved you. The memories will last a lifetime. I will miss your loving smile, your chuckle and dry wit. Thank God you didn't suffer, you defied the odds, you were with us longer than expected.
