FERGIE. _ Carl Thomas. 11.5.1971 - 19.5.2016 Passed away peacefully after a sudden illness Aged 45 Beloved son of Brian and Helen (dec.), brother Dean and much adored uncle of Oliver and Max. Your fighting spirit in the face of life's many challenges, your marvellous sense of humour and your endless optimism will be greatly missed. Thank you for making everyone's life around you so much richer. Carl's family would like to extend their sincerest thanks to the wonderful staff at the Alfred Hospital Intensive Care Unit for their kindness, compassion and expertise in caring for Carl in his final days.
