Barb for 59 years.

father-in-law of

Brett and Lisa,

Todd and Deb.

Doting Pa of

Joshua, Bianca,

Mitchell, and Lauren.

Will be sadly missed by

his brother, sisters and

their families in Perth, W.A.

Special thanks to all the Doctors

and Mt Carmel staff who cared for Warren.

He lived simply, loved deeply

and he left the world a

better place than he found it.
