FAULKNER (nee Holyoak). - Shirley Beatrice Passed away peacefully Aged 91 years Beloved wife of William (Bill) (dec.), much loved mother of Gary (dec.), Anne, Sally and Elizabeth. Fond mother-in-law of Michael and Ron, loved Nana to Jason, Melanie and Rick, Tim and Sarah, Becca and Ant, Matt and Nadja, Kate and Ivan, Peter and Bron.
