FAULKNER, Margaret Mary (nee Moore) Aged 90 Years Daughters Susan, Eileen, Margaret and Families are sad to announce the passing of Their Mother, Mother- in-law, Grandmother, Great Grandmother (Nana), on the 5th December, 2017. A private Funeral has been arranged for Margaret. Thanks to the Redcliffe Hospital Palliative Care Ward.
