You lived for those you loved and always did your best for us. Your heart was true and tender. You showed us how to be strong and to embrace life. You wanted to stay with us but the struggle became too much. God looked upon your beautiful face and gently closed your eyes. He whispered peace be thine. God hold your arms around mum with love and care. We will always love you and you are always in our hearts.

Thank you to our supportive family, friends, Mental Health Services, Dr White, Dementia Aust, Rest Haven and RDNS.
