Relatives and Friends are respectfully invited to attend a Celebration of Tom's life to be held at the Albany Creek Memorial Gardens, Lakeview Chapel, Albany Creek Road, Bridgeman Downs, Wednesday, 11th April, 2012, commencing at 2 p.m.. In lieu of Flowers, donations to the Queensland Cancer Council would be appreciated.
