Family and Friends are invited to attend a Service for Kate to be held in the Lakeview Chapel of the Albany Creek Memorial Park, Bridgeman Downs, Today, 26th May, 2011 commencing 2 p.m.. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hummingbird House would be appreciated. Envelopes provided. So Loved - So Loving - So Lovely
