EDWARDS, Monsignor James Denis. Loved and respected by clergy, religious and the lay faithful of the Archdiocese of Adelaide. Passed away peacefully at Royal Adelaide Hospital on March 5, 2019 aged 75. Monsignor Denis ministered with wisdom, holiness and grace to the Catholic faithful for many years. He was an esteemed theologian, lecturer and colleague of the Australian Catholic University. We remember with deep gratitude his service for over 50 years as Parish Priest and Assistant Priest in many Parishes in the Archdiocese of Adelaide. Monsignor Denis will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by all clergy, religious and people of the Archdiocese of Adelaide and beyond. Our deepest sympathy and our prayers to the Edwards family, from Bishop Greg O Kelly SJ Priest, Religious and the people of the Archdiocese. May he Rest in Peace.
