Aged 85 years 

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of

 our much loved Mother,Grandma and Oma. 

She passed away peacefully on Friday July 17th in hospital with her family at her bedside

Dearly loved wife of Laurens Adam (deceased) 

Loved Mother and Mother in law of Lea, Case, Hans, Kitty, Rene, Jean and Jack. 

Adored Grandma of 10 and Great Grandmother (Oma) to 12 

With special thanks to Dr Nimal Nitchingham her longtime family doctor 

and the wonderful caring Doctors and Nurses at the 

Lyell McEwin and Modbury hospitals
