Dearly loved and loving husband of Julie and father of Rosie. Brother of Michelle and Delphine. Uncle of Daina, Paul, Kylie, Renee and Cassie. 

The family would like to thank the staff at Resthaven Bellevue Heights for their wonderful care and support.

In lieu of floral tributes a donation can be made in memory of Chris to Kidney, Transplant and Diabetes Research Australia or Resthaven. 

A private service has been held.
