DOWLING, Bernard Victor (Bernie); 17th August 2017 at Goulburn Base Hospital. Best friend and partner of Jo. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Deb & Francois and Rachel & Kieran. Much loved 'Pa' of Jackson, Luke, Leila, Lillie and Hamish. Sadly missed by Judy and a good friend to many. Aged 75 years.
