DOUGLAS, Matthew Edward Stott ``Matt' Passed away on 14th February 2012 at Karinya Palliative Care Unit, Berry after a courageous fight with cancer. Aged 43 years. Late of Lake Tabourie. Formerly of The Hills District. Loving Dad of his three sons Aaron, Andrew, Nathan. Very much loved by his family and friends. The relatives and friends of the Late MATT DOUGLAS are invited to attend his funeral service to be held in Milton Ulladulla Funeral Services Chapel, 2 Camden Street, UIladulla, on Wednesday, 22nd February 2012 at 11.00am. At the conclusion of the service there will be a Private Cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations can be left at the service for Milton Cancer Outpatients Appeal.
