Family and Friends are warmly invited to attend a Service to celebrate Grace's life, to be held in the Chapel of the Pinnaroo Lawn Cemetery and Crematorium, Graham Road, Bridgeman Downs, on Thursday, 13th September, 2012, commencing at 10 a.m..
