Passed away peacefully at home on Monday 22nd February 2021 after a long and courageous battle with MND. Aged 71 years. Dearly loved and loving Husband of Denese. My friend, partner and soul mate. Loving Father and Father-in-law of Kylie and Graeme, Brett and Lisa Ryan and Shona. Proud and precious Gramps of Declan, Zoe, Sienna, Patrick, Charlotte, Eliza, Joseph and Hamish. Deane’s family would like to thank the wonderful and caring staff of Jamestown Community Health, Dr Simon Jackson, and all our family and friends who have helped us on this journey. We will all love and remember you for ever.
