DE SILVA, Garret Dunsford (Gary)
Passed away on the 1st of December 2023 at Casey Aged Care, at the age of 88 years old.
Beloved husband to Barbara, father to Ricardo, father-in-law to Geraldine and adored grandfather (Tappa) to Aaron and Caitlyn. Brother to Yvonne, Anthony, Frank, and Barbara, Dudley, Jenny (deceased). He was the matriarch of the De Silva clan and loved by all.
Gary was a great sportsman and an allrounder. He played cricket, basketball and hockey for the Colts Club in Sri Lanka. He participated in junior boxing in school. Gary was also a diehard Carlton fan. Gary had many friends and would socialize by attending dances, dinner parties and entertaining. He will be missed by many.
